SHARING AND CARING

I saw a little red fox today,
his presence startled and scared the little gray squirrel away,
I watched as squirrel circled up the tall tree
I saw him sitting on a branch watching me.

Little fox stood quietly staring at me
so timid yet curious from behind squirrel's tree,
I could hear the questions she had this beautiful new friend,
as our language barrer began to transend.

We visited for a while, little red fox and me,
until little grey squirrel decended from his tall, majestic tree.

He chattered and chattered, shooing red fox away,
then sat looking straight at me, having to have his say.

When he was quite through going on and on,
he fluffed up his bushy tail and in an instant was gone.

How wonderful to watch, listen to and be aware of
all these marvoulous little lives,
although timid and wary, radiating love.

How fortunate we are to share our world with and be taught by
ones such as these,
about love and life and letting our spirits be free!

As the sun rises each and every morn
archangle gabriel blows his horn.

Announcing arise, awake oh beloved ones,
let us do this and every day what needs to be done!

Sing with the birds, their joyful songs each new day,
rejoycing and knowing that each wonderous I am is present to relay.

Each morsel of food for both body and soul doth provide,
nourishing the outer body and the eternal one inside.

Open your eyes, see the reality that surrounds
look around, see and know you are on special grounds.

The energy vortex is wonderous to see
in the very center of it is the place to be,

going around and around gaining  in strength and in speed,
realizing within it , it contains all you need.
