PARADISE

I went on a trip to a village called paradise,
to get there I had to journey through a beautiful meadow
filled with wonderful flowers whose fragrance was so nice.
My deer walked ahead of me showing no fear,
my eagle circled above me, staying ever near.
I came to the edge of this village so serene,
I stood and enjoyed the feeling of being in a dream.
After a time I entered and beheld
many spirits around with their own stories to tell.
As directed I went to the large teepee at the edge
stood in front of an ancient one, anxiously awaiting
to hear what he had in his head.
He soon looked up into my questioning eyes
saying come closer my child know I will tell you no lies.
The words I will speak are from great spirit above,
and they, as always, are given in love.
So hear me now, hear me true,
as I say the words great spirit has given for you.
I am white owl, your teacher/medicine man,
I will guide and direct you the best that I can.
Sweet flower, sweet waters, sweet spirit all same,
loving and giving in great fathers name.
Listen and wait any time night or day,
I will call to you, hear what I say.
As the time is right and the need is there,
I will give you the words that ones will need to hear.
You are welcome to come to learn at your will,
but at great spirit's time I will call on you still.

this from screaming eagle to whom you were given as wife.
