Dis-ease is the absence of ease, the absence of joyous peace of the spirit which is reflected through the mind into the body.

Realize now that there is within, a spiritual joy-body,
a beautiful spirit mind, a divine alchemist within!

A smile from the soul is spiritual relaxation, cultivate a spirit of humor.

When through concentration, (drawing to a center) we have brought all of our forces into one point of force, we have contacted out I AM presence and become one power with it.
This can only come about by silently focusing within. Silence can be very powerful as guidance comes from the still, small voice deep within our own souls.

We must climb the "ladder" of conciousness before we can enter into that silent, secret, sacred place, and there we find that we are truly in the center of and a part of every living thing.
It is the belief in the seperation from spirit that causes our forms to age and to die.

To raise our consiousness to the point of seeing ourselves on the mount of transfiguration, and becoming that unified self and that consciousness knows no limitations, we then live a creative, illuminating, balanced, loving life.

Reconize, claim and accept our divinity and live it.

If we were to continuously use thought and words of life, love, harmony, peace and perfection we would no longer be able to utter inharmonious words and we would find our lives reflecting only these aspects.

As for what we are supposed to be doing, another can not do the work for us, nor can others carry us along indefinitely. We each must remember that we chose to do the work so do it, without excuses, without trying to get out of it, without trying to put it off on to someone else.

Ask to manifest health (not to be healed of dis-ease), to express harmony and realize abundance. Give thanks constantly! Live as if!!!

The pineal is the prime center for controling all of the endocrine system, it is the master, the I AM of the physical body.

God-I-Am = The complete acceptance that you are "god"
GOD = The greatest vibration.

"Holy Spirit" = The whole of the I AM spirit in complete action in every form!
